We have mechanisms in place which ensure the protection, storage and proper use of your personal information. Therefore, and in accordance with Law 1581 of 2012, you may exercise your right to know and delete any personal information we hold about you, by filling out the corresponding form for the authorization of use or the claim for treatment of personal information, and delivering it to our venues

The CCB has collected personal information from different holders, as part of its private and public functions (the latter associated to the delegation of Public Records) and is fully respectful of the principles guaranteed by law: legality, purpose, freedom, accuracy or quality, transparency, access and restricted circulation, security and confidentiality.
