

Coexistence committees are a commissions formed by representatives of both employers and employees, which act as measure to prevent labor harassment. The measure is intended to protect workers against the psycho-social risks that may occur in their workplaces.
The Committee members must promote the following values: respect, impartiality, tolerance, serenity, confidentiality and prudence in the handling of information. Furthermore they must be able to communicate assertively and demonstrate leadership and conflict resolution skills.
