Partnerships

The CCB's Center of Arbitration and Conciliation has established partnerships with:

  • The National Committee of the International Chamber of Commerce (CCI Paris). The CCB represents ICC Colombia and was appointed to be part of the ICC's work network, in order to influence the enterprise community in our country, as well as the policies about international trade and conflict resolution. Furthermore, as a National Committee, it is the sole institution authorized by the ICC to hold arbitration or mediation hearings on cases governed or managed by the ICC.
  • National Section of the Inter-American Commercial Arbitration Commission (IACAC). As a National Section of the IACAC, it is part of the IACAC's executive committee responsibilities to seek and implement the best strategies to promote the international arbitration in Latin America, in association with the United States. As a Center, it is the arbitration institution most suited to undertake international arbitration proceedings under the Panama Convention.
  • Member of the International Federation of Commercial Arbitration Institutions (IFCAI). The Center of Arbitration and Conciliation assists the IFCAI's purpose of establishing and maintaining permanent relations with commercial arbitration and conciliation institutions, the cross-border exchange of information in these fields, promoting a responsible use of dispute resolution mechanisms and facilitating information and support on the services provided by members of the organization.
