Rates
Except when the parties have defined the amounts corresponding to fees and management expenses, the rates for these services shall be as follows:

Between 10 and 169 | 1 MLMW | 6,5 % |
Between 169 and 508 | 1 MLMW | 4,5 % |
Between 508 and 848 | 1 MLMW | 4 % |
Between 848 and 1.696 | 1 MLMW | 3,5 % |
Greather than 1.696 | 1 MLMW | 3 % |
The resulting amounts are subject to the applicable taxes.

If the process is for an undetermined amount, or the matter in dispute is not of an economic nature, the Honest Broker will set the fees and management expenses as per the specifics of the case.
