The CCB's Center of Arbitration and Conciliation was established in 1983 as a response to the needs of Bogota’s entrepreneurs in resolving conflicts regarding their activities.

Since its foundation the Center of Arbitration and Conciliation has been a promoter in Colombia and Latin America of the application of Alternate Dispute Resolution (ADR) under a quality management system certified by Icontec.

Furthermore, the Center of Arbitration and Conciliation contributes to the peaceful and effective resolution of conflicts through a range of solutions tailored to suit the needs of businesses and the community as a whole.
